Having a community is amazing! Together you can achieve so much and create a true grassroots movement in your town. You can talk about the environmental and social issues in your town allowing you to really create a custom and actionable plan to help everyone in your community live a greener and healthier life.
Facebook is always a great, easy way to join a zero waste community. There are several large groups on Facebook - that are more worldwide and globally reaching. There are also possibilities to join more local groups within your country or city. Local businesses are also another great option bulletin boards or just word of mouth often carry a lot of weight in getting people to join meet-ups or group discussions.

We hope that our tips and challenges have given you insight on some quick and easy ways to go plastic-free.
