RETURN POLICY

 

*Return policies are subject to change from time to time, but will not affect processed orders.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If 21 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable; the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Purchased items shall be packaged in a way to avoid damage. We reserve the right to refuse damaged or otherwise unacceptable returns.

Local customers may choose to drop off returns by arranging an appointment.
