Shipment processing time
All Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Ontario Statutory Holidays.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Due to COVID-19 delivery times may take longer than expected.
Shipment to P.O. Box and R.P.O Box addresses
*We deliver to P.O. Box and R.P.O Box addresses. These addresses however can only receive deliveries from Canada Post, whose services have been highly affected by COVID-19.
We offer free local delivery to addresses located within 5km of our main office location. This coverage is subject to change.
If you qualify for free shipping, you will see a 'Local Delivery' shipping option during checkout.
Please bring your own reusable bags. One Piece A Day does not carry plastic bags.

Store pick-up orders are typically ready within 2-5 business days unless your order includes allbambu or Birch Babe products which may require 10-15 business days.

An email will be sent when your order is ready, including details on pick-up location and hours. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup.
Store opening hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00 excluding Ontario Statutory Holidays.
Email (gift card orders)
All gift cards will be delivered via email. If you are only purchasing gift cards, select this delivery option. If you are buying gift cards and physical products, please select another delivery option. Your gift card will be sent to you via email, while your other purchases will be delivered or prepared for pick-up.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Orders within the GTA may arrive on the same day as the confirmation email.
All standard shipping deliveries within Canada via Canada post are untracked. Should you require tracking, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will make special arrangements.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
OnePieceADay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
OnePieceADay is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Due to COVID-19, all customer support staff are working remotely, and responses maybe delayed, but you can expect to hear from us within 1-2 days business days.
International Shipping Policy
Our website is currently unable to process orders outside of North America. If you are based outside of Canada or the US and interested in our products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
