Shipment to P.O. Box and R.P.O Box addresses
*We deliver to P.O. Box and R.P.O Box addresses. These addresses however can only receive deliveries from Canada Post, whose services have been highly affected by COVID-19.
Store pick-up is available. An email will be sent when your order is ready, including details on pick-up location and hours.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Orders within the GTA may arrive on the same day as the confirmation email.
All standard shipping deliveries within Canada via Canada post are untracked. Should you require tracking, please contact us at , and we will make special arrangements.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
OnePieceADay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
OnePieceADay is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Due to COVID-19, all customer support staff are working remotely, and responses maybe delayed, but you can expect to hear from us within 24 hours.

Shipment processing time
All Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
